i already communicated with the boss of the business and was spoken appallingly, the elderly that live in this estate were shocked by the rude responses received when asked what the leak was. atrocious customer service and relations. possibly could’ve been a bad day for them but they are being paid to provide a service. the son of the business owner spoke to the elderly living here as though they were the ones that had caused the leak. i would have expected more from a locally trusted business such as this.
