Apperntly this is a bond clean standard, and there are many more photos, ended up costing us another $500 from another cleaner to come fix all the problems Including rubbish on floors in corners Sauce on walls in kitchen and on stove top Cobwebs in most corners Most skirting boards covered in dust and dirt, Definitely avoid.

Extremely disappointed with this service, cleaning wasn't up to standard of a general clean let alone a bond clean, then proceed to ignore ourselves and the real estate agents after weeks of trying to contact them

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. Our terms and conditions were very clear that you, the tenant, must inspect the property within 24hrs of the clean being complete and report any issues in writing. We are more than happy to guarantee our work, but only within that timeframe. Our T&Cs also clearly state that we will not be held responsible for any cleaning deficiencies reported by a third party, ie a Real Estate agency. As the Real Estate agency did not engage our services, we have no obligation to respond to their requests.
