I arrived in Port Douglas on New Year's Eve afternoon, all car hire places were closed but I called theses guys and even though the car had to be brought up from Cairns with the Cook Highway closed and they were officially closed for the day, I was very grateful for the service I was provided. They really did go out of their way to help me out, and very pleasant to deal with aswell....

My car rental experience was great. I am so delighted that me and my husband discovered Port Douglas car hire company (next to the bottle shop). Everything was so easy. The car was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even they arranged a transport for us from Port Douglas to Cairns. Now I am a big fan of Port Douglas car hire place
