Although we live in the Southern Highlands we contacted Poolsense at Fairy Meadow when our Hurlcon filter control broke down. We did take a chance , but we were not happy with the local services. Shannon was most helpful and considerate, suggesting we freight the controller to him to have a look at, rather than incur the expense of a house call. We did this and before long Shannon ad solved our problem and had the controller back to us within the week. He followed up with a call to make sure we had received the controller and then stayed on the phone while my husband fitted it. We were very satisfied with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Poolsense.
