Rob provides a 5-star service. He is highly professional, efficient, and truly honest. He doesn’t create unnecessary drama when identifying issues during his inspections in order to justify extra charges. On the contrary, he resolves them calmly and humbly — and his fees for those additional jobs were actually below market rates. He fixed the backyard gate at my property in Coomera Waters — one of the three access points to the pool area — and charged so little for that extra job that I felt a moral obligation to transfer him an additional amount.
