He doesn’t create unnecessary drama when identifying issues during his inspections in order to justify extra charges. On the contrary, he resolves them calmly and humbly — and his fees for those additional jobs were actually below market rates. He fixed the backyard gate at my property in Coomera Waters — one of the three access points to the pool area — and charged so little for that extra job that I felt a moral obligation to transfer him an additional amount.
