Thank you Jay for how quickly you helped me get our pool back to sparkling blue. I had been taking water samples to another pool shop who just kept selling me more and more chemicals and had little or no effect on a growing problem of blackspot algae and cloudy-green water. I got a recommendation from a work colleague who said pollards had always done a good job for him so I took a sample in 10 mins before their closing time. Instead of turning me back, Jay went out of his way to test my sample and very quickly diagnose some key issues. He asked me to bring in my chlorinator the next day which he de-scaled & tested (for no cost). He explained in a very short time so many useful things about pump/chlorinator settings, skimmer trap door function and lots of other basics which have made the world of difference to my pool and much easier maintenance for me. In this day and age it is rare to have such amazing customer service like I've had in the last 3 visits there and the only chemicals Jay sold me was a 500ml bottle of algaecide for $18. Our pool is looking better than it ever has done and I couldn't recommend Pollards enough, I won't be going elsewhere any time soon. Mike Smythe

Pollard Pools seems like a great family business. The pools in the images on FB look so inviting and you guys look like you enjoy what you do. Well done and I hope business is booming. I wish our place could fit a pool but unfortunately now :(
