Visited this establishment on 31/01/2024 my sister and I asked for a pedicure with shellac bit pricey at $65 but decided to treat ourselves. Staff ok service ok but when we went to pay she said $85 each we disagreed with this and we were told we asked for the delux ped we knew we hadn’t I said I’m not paying that but ended up paying €80 only because my sister was embarrassed!!!! Never go there again

Unfortunately not a good experience. Won’t go back. Nice polish & lady but I now have to go home and do the rest myself and for $70 no way!

Worst and most expensive manicure and pedicure. Avoid this place. Theyre rude and unprofessional.

Worst experience ever! Spent 3 n hlf hrs just to get french mani n sns pedi not to mention 5 staff coming n going from me to other clients No cutting of cuticle. No cleaning under nails.I asked fr lady to cut some dead cuticle n she used a file over wet sns n had to redo. After 6 coats of sns i was told job finished n to pay. I looked at my toes n advised the lady i had 10 toes n only 9 were painted😳 she Cudnt understand so anthr lady came over n i advised 1 toe nail hadnt bn painted. Whn she chkd she ran her nail over the rest of the toes n the paint all peeled off. She drilled all the 6 coats off n had to redo my entire toes I spoke to the owner who was there to give him constructive feedback n he got offended. Told me its difficult these days with staff and my expectations were very high. I advised him i was paying fr a service which shud hv left me relaxed and happy but instead was so stressed not to mention the price was ridiculously expensive and my entire afternoon wasted🤬
