How do I book an appointment?

You can book online anytime through our website or call the salon during opening hours.

Do you work with blonde and colour correction?

Absolutely. Our colour specialists are experienced in blonding, colour correction and creating seamless, natural results. We do advise to book a consultation first for corrections.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client on our waitlist.

What happens if I cancel late?

Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 30 percent cancellation fee, depending on the service booked.

What happens if I don’t show up to my appointment?

No-shows will be charged 30 percent of the service value. Repeat no-shows will result in prepayment being required for future bookings.

Do you require deposits?

Yes. Online bookings and selected services require a deposit, which is applied to your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

I had a great haircut. My hair is very fine and curly and it can be a nightmare to tame. Karina has been brilliant. She knows how to cut curls. Not many do in Townsville. Very happy.

Kelly and her team at Podium are outstanding! I have been a client of Kelly's for 16 years and have never had a bad experience. The team friendly and the new salon is beautiful. It is so relaxing, even on an extremely busy day. Nothing is too much for Kelly and the girls at Podium, they are like family and I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed!
