About PMB Mechanical

Port Muffler & Brakes can take care of all your mechanical needs, from new car log book servicing and everything in between. Our highly trained Port Macquarie mechanics are experienced with the servicing and installation of mufflers and brakes, ensuring your car is efficiently running and stopping smoothly. We also offer steering and suspension diagnostics and servicing, so give us a call if your vehicle has become hard to steer or is bouncing over uneven roads. Port Muffler & Brakes repair or upgrade gearboxes and clutches for all models of vehicle, from passenger cars to heavy duty work utes or vans. We can also perform coolant system checks using our specialised electronic coolant testing equipment and we have full diagnostic equipment for European, Japanese, Australian and American vehicles. We use only the highest quality parts, such as Ryco filters and Bendix brakes, which are both approved for use with new car warranties. Our workshop also uses Penrite Oil. Dave has been fantastic, as are, the rest of the crew. My car stopped on QLD highway on a Sunday, no help available in QLD, except car got towed. Dave was fantastic, got it running again, with up to date calls on issues. Dave in my eyes is the best in the business, as is his crew. Reliable, honest, friendly. always there if needed. Will always do his best to help, even when his so busy. Thanks so much guys.

I had a recent emergency while travelling with my 2 children to QLD. The staff at PMB helped me immediately even though they were very busy. They were all polite and helpful and reassured me as I had a long journey with my children . I can not rate the service they provided highly enough. If you are local you are so lucky to have such a great local business . Wonderful service thank you.
