4/1/2021 Dan was prompt, honest, efficient and was able to fix up the incompetence of the previous plumber who couldn’t even install a hot water valve properly. He isolated what hadn’t been done and rectified it so that I had hot water again. He was friendly and made positive suggestions going forward. Will definitely have him back - a tradie you can trust - a rare commodity these days. Karen D

Booked for 3pm, Shane called & advised he was ahead of schedule, and could get to us earlier., which he did. Friendly, quick, efficient, problem solved (low water pressure, needing a new pressure reduction valve), paid via paywave on the spot. Have no hesitation in recommending Shane and DTP Plumbing. Good old fashioned service & communication goes a long way. Give them a call.

Both boys can't do enough for you.. and both have a very calming approach which immediately puts you at ease!!!! I enjoy having them at my home... & they're so full of ideas & knowledge! Dan was late but he run over for the job before and gave me a call when he realised he was running late. Was quick to find the problem and was able to fix it with no problems. Fantastic my go-to for plumbing for now on.

A rare find on the Gold Coast. A professional company, that is on time, come fully equipped, are informative and easy to deal with. Shane came out to a water leak that proved to be a difficult find due to it lying below another pipe, but he still thought of the most cost-effective way to tackle the task. He worked for 6hrs with no break and even though he had to cut through our concrete slab, unless looking for it you cannot even see where he has been! Highly recommend this company if you are in need of a plumber.

We had a burst from our kitchen DTP came he Saturday and did a great job very efficient and cost-effective.

I booked my job with Dan to fix water leak for 4 pm. He refused to give me a verbal quote over the phone, saying he will only charge for the time he is there. When he arrived, he quickly identified the problem and fixed it. It honestly took him 10 minutes. However he presented me with a very high bill for such a tiny job, plus extra surcharge of 50% for doing it after hours. He has not told me in time of booking that 4 pm on Thursday is considered as after hours. When I refused to pay this extra surcharge, he became very unpleasant, angry and very rude. This is very dishonest attitude toward the customers. I would definitely never deal with him again.

Dan is a no fuss, helpful plumber who always gets the job done right. I have used him a number of times this year for various reasons and he provides high quality advice and service. He recently fixed a couple of taps and installed a restrictor on a tap in our small sink which we should have done years ago!

Dan was contactable on a Sunday to repair a damaged water pipe to the property I was working on. He fixed the water supply pipe and the charge was very reasonable for an after-hours rush repair job.

Thank you Dan for the fastest, easiest, fuss-free fix ever! I called Dan around 9am as our hot water system had failed, he was there, with the replacement parts by 1pm. Dan offers an extremely professional service,and the invoice emailed through and paid on the same day. So efficient!

Dan has now done two bathrooms for us. He always turns up when he says he is going to, does a good job, makes recommendations on how we can do our job and is really good on price. I would recommend him anytime.
