WOW - who said all tradies are unreliable and untidy. I had the Piggott boys out here to fit out an extension I had done. They arrived when they said at each point during the process and took all their mess with them. I will be recommending them to others. Thanks boys.

I would like to thank the boys from Piggott Electrical for their recent services. After the storm a few days ago I had concerns with several of the lights and power points in my home (due to water leakage). Joe and Al were quick to respond and did a great job diagnosing and replacing where needed. I found the boys to be friendly, punctual, affordable and tidy (what a plus). I would recommend them to all my friends.

No phone skills
Very unprofessional, and plain rude on the phone. After talking on the phone he asked me to email him the details, which I did, and I never heard back. Called another company, helpful on the phone and the job was done the next day.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!
I would strongly recommend anyone AGAINST using Piggotts Electrical. I first contacted them in November of last year to get a Nett Meter installed after having solar panels installed. They did not respond to me then after a number of emails and phone calls. I then contacted them again four weeks ago to get it sorted (for various personal reasons I did not follow up late last year). I have called them numerous times, sent emails and my last call to them. Just moments ago I was told that it would be 2-3 weeks before they could fit me in. When I said that I was astounded that they could not get me in sooner given my repeated attempts to get it installed, I was told in a very rude tone "go look in the phone book and find someone else" and hung up on. Appalling customer service!!!
