We also specialise in occupational risk assessment and also perform assessments for dancers. Physical Therapy also treats VRT Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy. VRT is an exercise-based program designed to promote central nervous system compensation for inner ear defects. (Vertigo) We treat clients for TMJ Temporomandibular Joint Disorders, commonly known as lock jaw. The facilities at Physical Therapy are ideal for rehabilitation and include a fully-equipped gym and a heated indoor hydrotherapy pool. As well as hydrotherapy, we also offer aqua aerobics classes. We are the preferred provider for physio services for the St George Illawarra Dragons, Cutters and Steelers rugby league teams.
