Informed the staff there was a budgee looked very sick and its feathers being plucked by other budgee and it was laying in the cage and very sick. Instead of thanking us, she told us she knew that and that budgee not losing its hair but its still young!! What a joke!! We lost interest looking or buying anything from the store after her defensive arrogant response.

Very large pet shop, great range, all looking healthy. Smell seemed normal to me! Didn't see anything unpleasant.
