I've spent close to a thousand dollars in repairs less than 2 months ago only to have my brand new, custom made CV Joint fail. My car has done less than 4,000 kilometres since the build and driven for less than 60 days in light city traffic. What am I paying for? I get pointless customer service, I get told nothing apart from "it's all done" when picking up my car. I don't get told about any potential faults they've noticed. Major repairs are done by companies I specifically refuse to use and make it clear. And now, my car is in worse shape after spending nearly a thousand dollars in repairs at Petron Automotive. If they are not qualified to repair this problem correctly, why was I charged? Why should I be paying for repairs to not have them met?
