Bought the Rose-Hip supplement for my dog and was charged $117.60 for the 500 gram product. Checked the website and found it should sell for $45.00 - $50.00. Plus I didn't even get a receipt for my purchase. Never again will I shop at this store.

We have been ignored several times over the years at the Glendale store when we clearly needed assistance from a staff member. I’m writing this review as it recently happened yet again. Many times we have walked out without getting what we needed and went somewhere else. This was the last time we will try at the Glendale store and most likely at any pet quarters.

I am so impressed by Matt from the Belmont store at how professional, knowledgeable & passionate he is. He is an asset to your business. I will definitely be coming back as a customer & recommending you. I went in there today enquiring about goldfish etc and a new tank I had bought- the advice he gave me certainly has saved me alot of heart ache. Thanks again!
