Terri was absolutely wonderful with our much loved dog Finn. I am very anxious when leaving my dog with others when we go away but Terri made me feel so comfortable when having the first meeting before we left. Terri spoke to us everyday after visiting Finn and sent photos which made me feel very at ease. He looked so happy in every photo. I would highly recommend using this business if you are (like me) anxious about leaving your pet because I would definitely be calling Terri whenever we go away. Thank you so much Terri! Very happy with Terri's service. She is very reliable and loves what she does. She took care of my cat for 18 days while I happily enjoyed my holidays knowing he was in great hands. He was very happy on my return. Will be using again.

Terri looked after my fur baby Penny for 8 days. My Penny is a very particular cat who doesn't really accept new people easily. If I am not around she doesn't tend to eat much and tends to be withdrawn running away from strangers to hide behind the lounge. However Terri is a natural and Penny warmed to her straight away, which gave me confidence that I could go on holiday and know that Penny was in good hands. Terri sent me pictures and updates every day and even ones of Penny eating her food as it was a worry for me and in return I felt relieved. I highly recommend Terri if you need your fur baby minding, I will definitely use her again. Great communication also, quick to get back to you and very patient with me also, as a protective owner I asked many question but it was never a problem. Thanks Terri for your patience and understanding and thanks for bringing in the mail, closing and opening the blinds and putting the bins out for me.

Terri looked after our Labrador over the Christmas break as we were heading up to Cairns to visit family. She came around twice each day to let him out, check his water, give him a feed, and take him for walks. Our boy was very happy when we came home and it was such a nicer experience than leaving him in a kennel. Terri updated us everyday and we can tell our lab was really well looked after.
