Super disappointed and will not be returning (having been a frequent customer). Asked the staff what fish would be ok to go in a tank with a fresh water turtle that we bought from them. Unfortunately, their suggestion led to a dead fish in a matter of two hours. Rang to discuss the issue and to question if this was normal. They didn’t seem to show any concern, nor was there an apology. Understandable if the business only cares about profits. Should probably stick to being strictly a pet deli if staff aren’t educated enough. + I’d say there’s only one decent staff member who is friendly and willing to help.

I’ve been coming to Pet Deli for years now. They have probably the best prices on the coast But...yesterday I was rather unhappy with the customer service I received. I expect to be treated with a little respect and not made to feel like I’m an idiot and not valued as a customer. Management need to train their staff about the products they sell and how to deal with the general public. I will now be going elsewhere to buy my pet supplies even if I have to pay a little extra. Cheap prices are not enough to keep my business.

Been coming to Pet Deli for 10+yrs. They've always had the best prices compared to other stores and great variety. Their new premises are fantastic as well
