Tom arrived on time, fully equipped, and took the time to explain what they would be doing and why. Before starting the treatment, Tom conducted a thorough inspection of my home, identifying problem areas of cockroaches and ants. The treatment itself was highly effective. Tom was meticulous, ensuring that every corner of my home was covered. They used environmentally friendly products, which was important to me, and made sure to address specific concerns I had about keeping my pets safe during The customer service was outstanding providing a clear and fair quote. Since the visit, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in the pests that were bothering me. Overall, I highly recommend Pest Off Solutions to anyone in need of pest control services.

5/5 service from Gavin! From the quick initial phone call response to my online query, Gavin is honest (didn’t try to go ahead and sell a mice/rat treatment if not needed as I was unsure) and he is knowledgeable (was able to identify a fungal concern and not termites on certain locations). He didn’t waste time, he’s friendly, approachable and professional and prompt in both answering queries and providing a service. Highly recommend and will be utilising his services again in the future.
