horrible, nail polish came off straight away and one fell off i paid $65 for nothing i’m so disappointed

Love this nail salon. Staff are so good and dedicated in their work. Being going for years. They are so welcoming and professional.

Hey just to let yous know I would never come back here to pearl nails and beauty even if my life deepened on it there are the worst my sisters went in and got pedicures and there nails done and well they got there nails painted as well and my little sister asked for red on her toes nails well she did not get that and when we told them they are like no this is the one she has picked and we are not changing it and (I know they were talking about my sisters one has seizures) and I told them just to be careful but there won’t and did not give us one little bit of eye contact no conversation no nothing they were just talking to each other sorry that comes across rude and they made one of my sisters nails bleed and didn’t care Don’t go to them at all

Worst pedicure ever- no attention to detail just cut and filed (terribly) and slapped on some colour- had shellac on previously and can still see the old shellac colour through the new one because he didnt remove it properly. Asked for square shaped- not sure what I got but its not square.. Will never go back. Awful customer service. How are they still opened and making business !!?? I want my money back..
