I give this team a lot of money to do a bond clean my house, they did a really good job, house looks great smelt amazing, PRoperty manager gave it 5 Stars straight up and i git my full bond back , no problems.

Recommended by the real estate to my friend and quoted $1214.00 for a 2 bedroom unit, as I had just moved a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms with an outdoor area for less with another company, I pointed out the disparity in pricing and we sourced another quote and got $ 780.00 for real estate standard bond clean of a 2 bedroom unit - the pricing of this company is ridiculous.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but here it is.. A year ago (maybe things have changed) my old roommate organized a cleaning and the price these people quoted my old roommate was absolutely crazy and I looked at competitors and showed my roommate so she could see for herself how much the lady was ripping her off (we were just in contact with one cleaner-- i don't know if it's the owner or just an employee to be honest) and my roommate admitted just not having any more time to change things and that it's what the real estate recommended her. Anyhow, I think my roomie ended up feeling bad and knowing she got ripped off so she didn't really charge me much (I felt bad because I wanted to put in half since I lived there too, but the price was truly crazy). I'm running out of space on this review so will just say the cleaner didn't respect my time and tried to get me to work around her schedule and only when I was firm with her did she respect my time (meaning she could've from the beginning)

Very unprofessional cleaning company, DO NOT recommend getting their Bond Clean Service. They don’t get it right the first time or even the second time. Their Customer service and relations is quiet pathetic. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
