NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They were so incompetent that they couldn't even supply me with the same type of laptop RAM that i already purchased. I wanted two sticks of RAM but they only had one in stock. I bought that one and asked them to call when they had another for me. I had to pre pay so they would hold it and when i arrived (driving in from kakadu) they had PC RAM waiting for me to pick up, then tried to make me pay extra for the correct SIZE laptop ram. I get home to find that what they sold me STILL isn't the same RAM and is incompatible with my laptop. Then they try to tell me that if it fits in the slot it is the correct RAM! (Are you serious?) They then promise a refund if i mail back the RAM. Upon receiving the RAM they refuse to refund me until i apologize for being angry at them not supplying me with THE EXACT SAME RAM I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED. The picture is of the RAM that THEY CLAIM are the same! What a joke of a company.
