Payless is soooo typical of the old fashioned business practices where business folk lived and worked for their business, customers and service. Not focused on money, but providing value to their customers. I have purchased several small amounts of timber for property repairs and noticed Rick and the staff have treated me with the same respect that I have seen them give the Tradies that buy large amounts of timer. My small orders appear to be as valuable as the big ones. Thank You.

I sent an email for the supply of timber, 1 week ago, but never got a reply from them at all, above for my star rating would be zero not one star
