I phone this morning to discuss our booking as my son has become unwell. I was advised that it was non-refundable and non-transferable. I understand that businesses need to cover for their time, and I expected a loss to a degree. I didn't ask for a refund I wanted to discuss a credit with them. I wasn't aware of the booking conditions as I never received a receipt or booking confirmation. This has impacted me but emailed Paw Park Pet Resort in the hope they could make their booking conditions clearer for future clients. I advise that for the future it may be considerate for your clients, that you provide a receipt of payment. Which should be done anyway. I was met with a condescending response and a lack of regard for my needs as a customers. Quoting Annette. "We will not be changing our policy". So essentially I've asked for a booking confirmation and receipt and they have refused. Based on the lack of professionalism and rudeness I would not recommend this business.

Fabulous. My dogs were happy and healthy when I picked them up. Glad to see me but not stressed at all. Last time I collected my girl she couldn't get in car quick enough. Staff friendly and helpful and really care about animals. I will be back if they have vacancies because I wouldn’t leave my babies any where else. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou for your wonderful care.

Our runs are spacious and can accommodate multiple family members. Dogs and cats are housed in seperate parts of the facility. Dogs from the same family can share a run as can cats.
