We just spent $90 on ribeye and it was as tough as leather. I rung up to complain and was told that they take no responsibility. Last month I spent $120 on rump which was also bad. I won't ever be going back to pattons. Its pretty back when Woolworths meat is better than the butcher.

I was buying a few pieces of Porterhouse Steak $30 per kilo. I didnt like the look of the piece at the back so asked the staff member if I could not have that piece but was told I had to have it & they couldnt take the pieces in front of it. I refused to have it so looks like you missed out on about a $35 sale. Wont be back. Very rude lady served me. I did have other meats as well so very disappointed. Maybe you need to talk to your staff and they give what the customer wants.

Definitely the best tasting pork sausages. Not salty or preservative tainted.
