Parsons do not deliver to customers in a timely manner. They phone the customer and tell them to pick it up themselves because they won't deliver to the address. They also are very rough on parcels and items get damaged and lost.

We are very sorry you feel this way. We only deliver within the town limits and call customers living outside these limits to collect from the depot.
Could you imagine the enormous job it would be to deliver to every single property in the area, we look after the whole of Tenterfield area right down to Glencoe?! Also the freight company's will not pay for this out of town service and if they do it is generally at the receivers expense. We are trying to keep the costs down for our locals!
We do our best to get in contact with our out of town customers the day their freight arrives so they can make the arrangements next time they are in town to pop by and see us.
Regarding the damage to your cartons, we deliver in the state it was received by the carrier to us, may i suggest getting in touch with the freight company and following up with them directly.
