I booked my Maxima in for a service via their online booking system. It was never confirmed. I turned up on my booking day and specifically told them that my wiper blades have just been changed. I get a video report from a guy who can't even speak English, rabbiting on about countless issues with my car. Most if them were nonsense, or blatant lies. At 1PM they phoned me to tell me that there are several issues with my Maxima. The first issue was that I needed new wiper blades. This just set me off, because I specifically told them at check-in that they were top of the range newly installed wiper blades from O'Brien's only yesterday So this was either a blatant lie or a comment from an incompetent staff member. Then they started going on about other issues 'they had found', one being that a new pollen filter was required. The vehicle had a new pollen filter installed last service. At this I got angry and told them to just do the work I asked them to do and nothing else and on

I ignored warnings and went for a service. This here is only the short version. Took 6 hours to book my car, XTrail, for a service. Online didn't work, so had to call many times. Booked $279, when picked up, $450! Car is great, just 2 repairs noted. Ok, go ahead. Booked in again. They ordered parts for one repair! Picked up, and noise is worse than before. Staff member .... told me to drive home. My neighbour said, car is NOT driveable. Called ...., she said, just drive it back! "OK, ..., if you are liable for any damage"! 10mins later, ... orders Tow truck for next day. After almost 4!! Weeks and no update, and ignoring my 10ish calls. In short, after 6 weeks car back. They punctured cv boot. Took 3 days to fix it, left oil everywhere, even at tyre and brake disc. Poor workmanship.
