Terrible service. I took a 4 year old 50 inch 3d samsung tv in for him to look at and tell me how much it will cost to fix. I paid my $40 for the quote only to wait 8 days before being told he can't get the part (they specialise in samsung). Probably just couldn't be bothered. I called somewhere else and they immediately said they can fix it. Avoid this place like the plague!

After my Sony TV packed up, I called Michael and he came round very quickly and although the part had been discontinued he managed to fix it. Very good efficient service and competitive price, would recommend him to all family and friends

I gave my TV to another repair company. After 5 weeks of waiting, they returned it to me and said it couldn't be fixed and gave it back to me with an invoice. Before I was going to throw it out I tried Paradise and the next day it was ready for collection and working. I was very impressed!
