This recording has helped me be much more mindful of what I put into my body and I love fresh vegetables now. I changed to vegan diet so its a good one for that and also I no longer crave sugar or fats and easily took sugar out of my diet completely.

I lost my big tummy after doing this for two months. I eat so much smaller meals now and the support recording I loved the most, it helped me get on track with being more mindful, chewing slower and eating sitting down too. Great calming voice.

I'm still using the first set of recordings. I am most impressed. I also wanted to say a massive "thank you" for the results I have already seen. Within a few days, I was already down 2.3kg. On average I've been losing about half a kilo a day and I've noticed some welcome changes in behaviour almost like it's happened on autopilot I've already noticed myself slowing down, actively choosing smaller portions and healthier foods, checking in with myself to see if I am still actually hungry before I finish my smaller meal, and I have had no take-away meals or "treat" foods. I was very happy to discover that there were multiple ways to describe having a smaller stomach. I'm also finding myself thinking about buying new, smaller clothes which is a lot of fun.
