Palhelp, based in Hobart, offers free companion services for those with life-limiting illnesses in Southern Tasmania. For 2-3 hours weekly, our skilled volunteers provide companionship, helping with events and appointments, allowing carers a well-deserved break. We collaborate with the Tasmanian Health Service, palliative care specialists, and community nurses to support you in living your best life. Our compassionate support is entirely free.
