As we approached the counter and asked about sizing for a t-shirt for our 2 year old. My daughter crying for her shark, which we purchased for her at the shark and Ray encounter. The store owner an elderly lady had reached into the bottom of my pram where my daughter was sitting picked it up (or took it from her hands, I did not see) and asked "if we were going to pay for this??" I pointed to the sticker on it and told her we already bought it this morning from the ray place. She was very rude and the cashier apologised. VERY RUDE!!

The clothes look lovely but when you get them home and find the seams aren't even put together properly, and after 1 wash half the garment loses colour, don't expect an ounce of concern from this storeowner, who does not deserve to be serving the public, especially at a holiday location where you are unable to return your items.

Not welcoming, I said 'hi' to her. I bought some glass souvenirs and the one she gave me was chipped. Swapped for my good one when when she put them in boxes. Not very honest.

As my partner and are finishing our holidays, we decided to quickly grab some knick-knacks for loved ones back home. I had seen a lovely anklet, and held it so I could continue looking for things such as cups, key chains blah blah blah. As I reach the counter, an older lady bluntly asked, "Are you going to buy that, or steal it?". Referring to the anklet I was holding. Shocked and appalled at the rudeness of this cashier, I ask why she believes I would steal, as I had given no indication or purpose for somebody to believe so. This argument continued, with the woman sacastically wished me a happy birthday. I will never shop here. I will recommend everyone I know to never enter this shop as they seem to have a habit of blaming just anybody of stealing as I have seen similar stories online and witnessed myself. I have never been treated so rudely by a shop attendant.
