2 months sitting in the service centre waiting for diagnosis and part numbers for a couple of very simple things. No communication from them, no updates, just the most ridiculous experience ever regarding a car service. Terrible.

If I could give them zero I would. Everything is great until you have a complaint and then staff are condescending and rude. They skirt around issues and when I questioned them as to why the tyres on my car were over a year older than the car they blew me off. Something new I’ve learned, tyres begin to deteriorate even when not on a vehicle, check your brand new car as you aren’t getting brand new tyres with it, they could have been sitting on storage for over a year. We’re also very unhelpful when my car started pouring water on the inside, was recently out of warranty. The helpful company we took it to said it was a fault in the manufacture. At my last service I told them my start stop was no longer working, got my car back, still not working. Few days later my battery died, we replaced the battery and it also fixed the start stop. Ford is not a brand you can trust.

This review is for the service centre only- I have never been so disappointed and angry with a company as I am with this joke of a place. My car was dropped off for a very simple code delete and a door sensor install however after over a week of chasing them with no reply phone calls or any courtesy at all I’m still waiting. No updates , apologies, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing and I won’t be back after this experience.

Please stay away from these people , they ruin your car to the point of not being roadworthy, they will keep coming up with wrong diagnosis with completely dodgy work and rude and don’t care as they always get away with it. They will also take their time and take weeks to get back to you

Very saddened by the service department here. Had to chase them up twice after not hearing anything from them. Don't service your car here. Bad communication. Not helpful. Wrong diagnostic first round. Have to take car somewhere else because they "haven't got the time" to have a look or even work out what's wrong. Then say "They can look in a weeks time" dont have spare car and no other way of transport, so I need it. First time going here and never coming back. What a joke. Seriously.
