Fantastic Tradie/Handyman
Josh put in a dishwasher in a kitchen that had no provision for a dishwasher. It looks like it was always there. He also created a walk in wardrobe, which once again looks as if it was always there. There were several other little jobs he did while he was here and also advise me on several jobs that l wanted to do myself. The level of workmanship is the best and the attention to detail incredible. Josh obviously takes alot of pride in his work and it shows. He is very reasonable price and friendly and cleans up his own mess. He actually put a 150 % into my jobs. Will be recommending him +++. I will continue to use him for all my many maintenance jobs.

I can't recommend Josh highly enough. He answered our Local Search post within 10 minutes, came and quoted that day and had the job completed two days later. Not only that, he did an expert job of fixing our plasterboard/gib accident - and did a great job cleaning up afterwards - all hallmarks of an excellent tradie. We contacted Josh from PacificCoast Maintenance to tidy up a family home for sale. He made several trips to the tip as well as mow the lawn and tidy up the garden.
