Ozwide Flooring

The flooring quality was good but the customer service was poor. I paid a large upfront deposit, the work commenced many weeks after the designated date. Despite my request to have the work done during the week, most of the work, including the noisy jackhammering off of old tiles, was completed on weekends while I was home. At the end of the job I was left with a 10mm gap between existing skirting boards and the flooring. This outcome was not discussed with me prior to the end of the job. I was told it was a "shadow line" and it was acceptable to most people, and so should be acceptable to me. If I didn't like it, it was my responsibility to pay a builder to rectify the issue. I asked for a reduction in the final payment, and was able to negotiate a reduction in price, though I was treated very rudely.

Wade and his team did the most beautiful job on our floors! They look absolutely stunning, took them just two days and were able to squeeze us in at very short notice. They were the best price in town by a mile and everyone who has been to the house, including so many tradies, have said it’s the best they’ve seen. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

A good job and even more unusual for our town, keeping to time and responding to messages. Thanks for help in shifting heavier furniture also, when there were a few things we couldn't manage. Appreciate good customer service. Well done!
