I was disappointed that Oxley & Newport Appliance Service did not have phone answers. I do not use my laptop every day & missed their email. The service man came to the door & I had not been able to tell them that my oven had finally been able to work. I was very sorry for not having been able to cancel the service in time.

Joanne and Gary are awesome. Very reliable and also reasonably priced. Joanne is always friendly and helpful and follow up communication is excellent. Just recently they went above and beyond to help my son. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

I got a response from Oxley appliance service and they wanted to know how old my washing machine was. I replied but my emails are not going through. Can they phone me please. I have dealt with the company in the past and would recommend them to be reliable
