My experience was excellent. Even though it was late on a public holiday the lady made time for me. She was polite, smiley and did exactly what I wanted in the least amount of time. The cost was almost half what I paid elsewhere. I highly recommend this business.

Friendly and helpful

Have been having my nails done at the Wodonga Plaza shop. Today, again, I go for my appointment—no, you're not booked in here? I've had this trouble several times since they opened. The trouble is, the lack of English, spelling or just not interested. There were only 2 clients in the shop but not interested at serving me! Went around to the new shop in the Kmart complex for tomorrow. Again the girl there also has limited knowledge with English and spelling. Why do they keep changing staff so often and the shop if the Plaza is not as busy any more?
