Very poor underskilled valuer. Referenced bad comments that were not related to house (mixed up with another property) but wouldn't admit error. I've heard and read on blogs this is their "thing" to not accept responsibility and be oblivious to the impact of an incorrect valuation on everyday people. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
