As I have had my hair cut here before (never dyed though), as well as my makeup done, I assumed the girls would take good care of my hair and show patience. Booked a caramel balayage on a Thursday afternoon 2020, at 2:00pm. Onyx shuts at 5:30pm. Four apprentice girls proceeded to speedily bleach and foil my hair, all in different directions and lengths. The girls were complaining that the balayage was holding them back from leaving work while foiling my hair. After around 15 minutes of the bleach sitting in my hair, the foils were burning hot and the bleach had melted so much, it was leaking out onto my bare neck and forehead. The bleach was supposed to be in my hair for 45-60mins. The girls washed it out of my hair and they could not detangle the breakage! I am now left with extremely damaged, dry hair and have tried everything to fix it. After 2 years my hair has still not recovered, and the porosity of my hair is unfixable. If I could give less than one star I would, disgraceful.

Absolutely 10/10!! I went from long brown wavy/straight hair to super short lovely blue hair with shaved side and undercut and I totaly love it!! Thank you so much Kaitlin!! Awesome job!!

We had our wedding hair and makeup done here. They provided an amazing service and the staff were really wonderful. They made our day extra special!!

I got my eyebrows done by the amazing Tayla Radford. She was absolutely amazing and she really was passionate about what she was doing. Made sure we were both happy with the result!!! Will being go to her all the time.
