My personal experience as female shopper.. Very first new mower. I bought a $5500 mower, They didn't show me how to operate it, just gave me some basic books and a bottle of oil. Didn't offer delivery, I had to transport it by trailer. It ran good until the 1st service, he excessively gouged my purse, replaced parts not needing replacing, he told me to bring it back after 15 hrs, (the manufacturer says 50) charged me $380 to change the oil . After the 1st service it wouldn't run properly, took it back, it took 3 weeks in his shop for him to say he didnt know whats wrong, he got it going again and wants another $150 . Charges $90/h for labour and doesnt fix it. I queried the bill and he put it back to broken, not running and pushed it out in the rain in front of his shop with the key in it , I picked it up, dented scratched in his care too. If you query the bill he holds your goods ransom. I have a brand new mower that doesnt go with damage.
