To the wonderful staff at On Time Blinds - I highly recommend this company - my total experience with all the staff is faultless. The quote for my beautiful shutters was done promptly - the estimated time for installation was spot on -and I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. These guys are phenomenal. From first contact with the amazingly efficient and friendly Roslyn, to measuring with the awesome Dave and the final result with the faultless fitters my experience with On Time Awnings and Blinds, and yes they were on time despite my cheeky short timeline, was just incredibly excellent. I couldn't be happier with my plantation shutters and blinds. The fit on all the windows is perfect. And the price was very good too. It's a non brainer - go with these guys and be as delighted as I am.

I just had plantation shutters & motorised roller blinds installed. The staff are unbelievably friendly and professional, right from quotation through to installation. THE NEW OWNER of the business, Guy, is very personable - nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend On Time Blinds.

Recently had some outdoor blinds installed, the staff were all great through the process, until we had a minor issue at the end after installation, when contacting the manager Dennis, we had nothing but a really disheartening time dealing with the issues. This resulted in significant verbal abuse that my partner received over the phone in regards to a late payment, the language over the phone that was spoken was completely inappropriate and unprofessional and unfortunately gave a very bad representation for the company due to the incompetence in dealing with issues from the leader of the business. I would defiantly think twice about getting your blinds installed by these guys, purely because if there is an issue it’s not worth the dealings that come.
