About The Computer Workshop On The Road
On The Road Computers has been servicing the outback since 2010. We operate from Townsville in North Queensland however, we regularly travel to towns that don't have IT support close by. Last year we did 16 runs out bush, so we are very proactive when it comes to service. We don't just sit around waiting for the phone to ring, we plan trips away and let our clients know when we are on the way. We always talk to our customers in a language they can understand. We not only sell new and used equipment, we fix it! We most certainly service what we sell (and the rest as well). When we are not travelling out bush to do onsite work, we are always available to provide remote assistance and we often have jobs shipped to us, or we ship goods to our clients to get them working again. We regularly travel to Charters Towers, Hughenden, Richmond, Julia Creek, Cloncurry, Winton & Clermont. Each out bush run normally takes 57 days.
