Law firm with a focus on institutional child abuse. A primary focus of my work in Tasmania has been on examining how and why children, particularly in Government institutions, were able to be abused. Central to a person getting justice is knowing why those tasked with protecting them failed to do so. While there has been a lot of progress finding this out, there remain many unanswered questions. My aim is to provide survivors with an avenue to justice, whatever that may look like to them, in a trauma informed and fair way.
