Beautiful meal. The tempura bugs on lemon grass stalks were to die for. The service was great, just the right balance of attentiveness and respect for your space.

Came here for a special date night and was very pleased with both the food and the friendly staff. Had the crocodile which was so good! Also the dessert was the best I've ever had! Can't remember what it was called though.... Number 3 on the menu! Yes, it's not a cheap place to eat, but the quality of the meal was next level. I experienced beautiful flavours, foods, and presentation not seen in normal eateries.

Beautiful outlook on the marina and boats. Food was ok but wouldn't say great, service and cocktails excellent!!! Would probably skip this one if wanting for a special occasion.

I've dined at Ochre many times in the last several years and every time I have loved the food and experience. Now that they changed their location down near the marina they have a sensational view to accompany the amazing meals and friendly staff. I like the fact they use Australian bush foods in their meals and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great meal in Cairns. If you enjoy pork belly, you must try it here!!!

My husband and I stopped in this restaurant for dinner one weekend. We sat at a beautiful table over looking the beautiful Harbour. Staff were so nice and friendly, attentive and the place had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The food was amazing. I ate mostly seafood and it was cooked to perfection. The dessert was so good. This restaurant is by far the best in cairns (from a local cairns resident)!

The service is great, all the staff were so warm and friendly and super knowledgable about the food & drink! We had the 3 course set menu which was just perfect! and great value for money, delicious flavours and fantastic portion sizes! All in all a great experience, we will definitely be back!
