great service in Mackay however horrible service via the call centre and ability to confirm times etc as they wont let you talk to the local center

Very painful process, calling a call centre to book it and wait 5-10 minutes to talk to someone, then calling back next day to try and find out if completed, a call center again, can't call the local store number goes to call centre and wait another 10 minutes, ended up hanging up, never again!

Fantastic Service! Had a chip in the windscreen of my RAM and they fixed it straight away. Only had a wait of half an hour, as they were flat out after the rain and huge volume pot hole damage to windscreens. Thanks O'Brien's !

Had an insurance windscreen job booked in, I'm sitting at home wondering where the hell he was way after the set time, I go to my car to get something only to notice it had been done, no knock on the door to say he was here, no knock to say done.... NOTHING....WOW

I looked up O'Briens details through the Local Directories and they had a link to lodge your claim online. I found it very easy and quick to fill in and got a call back less than 5 mins later to confirm the booking. They then helped me lodge a claim for the work through my insurer and connected me to the insurance company in the same phone call. The entire process took less then 10 mins! Exceptional service! Will definitely use again!

I was trying to get a chip repaired and rang the local number in business hours only to talk to a machine. That's not the only problem, but I was waiting for more than five minutes, not good, just ended up hanging up.
