NT Secondhand Store

Excellent service, brilliant bargains. People need to remember this is a secondhand store, not a charity shop.

Got myself a TV and they said, it has 3 months warranty. After a month it just broke down in the middle of watching. When I called, they first thing blamed me for dropping it and said we don't care, You fix it! Then I went there to get my money back, they said it's my word against You about the fact that she said three months instead of one month, but my friend was as well next to me when she said three months! Then they called the cops and while waiting them I called consumer rights and they said to Me that I have a right to get my money back or new TV! Police said just go and send an email again and let the right people deal with it, so I did and now I have to say, don't waste Your time and money there. No point to throw it away.
