WHY IS THERE LINES APPEARING ON COPIES OR SCANS WHEN I USE THE DOCUMENT FEEDER?
This occurs when the slit glass is not clean. When you lift the Document feeder there are two pieces of glass - a large and a small. The smaller narrow piece of glass is referred to as the slit glass. Cleaning the slit glass with a lint free cloth will resolve the issue of lines on copies or scans
HOW DO I INSTALL A PRINT DRIVER?
To install the driver you will need to know the IP address of the MFD and the driver to be installed. Finding the MFD IP Address: 1.Enter ‘User Functions’ 2.Press the ‘Admin’ Tab 3.Enter the password (default is 123456) and press OK 4.Press ‘Network’ 5.Press ‘IPV4’ 6.The IP address will be displayed.
