Northern Skies Fitness offer outdoor strength and conditioning sessions in the Darwin, Palmerston and Rural region. We offer the following: 7 different programs as part of our boot camps Personal training Sport specific strength and conditioning to local sporting teams and organisations Sports consultancy such as team technical and strategical video analysis Statistical analysis Cognitive sporting development Many of our clients have partnered with us since we began in 2011. Our trainers are local Territorians with vast experience in the fitness industry and highly qualified with relevant Certificates, Diplomas and Degrees.
