Preordered Christmas seafood by phone - lovely young man took the order and gave pick up information. Arrived Christmas Eve to see a huge line up at the front of the shop but orders were from the back office - quick friendly service there as well- Our order was ready and packed in syrofoam Fantastic service at this busy time of the year. Thank you.

Definitely recommend for the delicious fish, prawns and oysters. Prices are competitive and staff are very kind and easy going. Will be back.

Hi Team, around 8.30am this morning I called in and bought 1xFlounder, 2xflat head,1xQLD Groper,3 kilos Scallops and 1 red emperor. before the tall lady took the red emperor back to get gutted and scaled she weighed and I was charged $13 for it, unfortunately, she left it on top of the mullet box and forgot to give it to me with all my other purchases and I only discovered this when I got all the way back to North Brisbane today ( 25/05/2015) I rang the store Ashley sort the Managers approval to credit me so the next time I am in there I will get my $13 credited towards my next purchase. Ashley re-weighed it, & after being gutted and scaled it weighed lighter & he said that I would be credited $12. Please make it $13 credit as this is what I paid at the original charge. $100 worth of seafood is a lot of money when you cant afford it. I trust that you would look favourably on this practical request and see that on my next visit I am awarded the correct credit as identified. Thankyou for upholding some good old fashioned Aussie business rationale. Mr Jackson.
