4 weeks out from Christmas our Hot Water System died. Gavin came out and inspected the system, provided us with a quote and got his team out to fix the issue within days. We are very impressed with the install and would highly recommend Northern Plumbing for any job big or small.

I had a major water leak that I observed on Saturday night. I reported it to my Real Estate agent and Gavin from Northern Plumbing responded almost immediately after the Real Estate issued the work order. Gavin ensured that the water supply was turned off and dispatched a plumber. I am very happy with the quick response and professionalism shown.

The team at NP are absolutely amazing. The Tradesmen on site was one of the most cleanest tradesmen that has been at our house throughout our rebuild process. He had some curve balls thrown at him from previous trades and this is where his skill set really showed. I can’t thank, recomend sing the praises of Northern Plumbing enough.

Cannot recommend highly enough!! After the plumber and other trades company's our insurance company hired after the floods completely demolished our drain in the laundry i was told they would have to rip up the flooring in the laundry that they had just finished and that I wouldn't have any water or plumbing for at least a week which meant trying to find somewhere else to live for ANOTHER week out of home. Northern plumbing not only came and checked out the problem but sourced a product specifically for this problem and got it express couriered to get the job done with out me having to leave the house. They also made time to get it done even though they were flat out and were so good with communication, and explaining exactly what was going on and why needed to go on. 5 stars to Mick and the team, you have been the only people we've dealt with throughout this awful experience who have not just had good customer service but have gone above and beyond.

As it often happens leaks & breaks in pipes happen after hours, I googled after hours plumbers, Northern Plumbing was the only one that answered, was helpful, friendly & prompt. Ian turned up as soon as he could get through the hectic traffic outside the Cowboys Stadium, it was his third job after hours that day but he did a great job even with the daylight fading, temperature dropping & fatigue he must have felt after a long day, he was efficient, fixed our problem & we are all good to go!
