Phone answered as Calder showerscreens. Wonder why when company is called North coast. Appointment at 12 noon today changed by company to 2pm today. Went out and missed call from Daniel to say he is running early. Rang office and said I'm home now he can come soon as .( 1247pm). Time 2.47pm and no Daniel. Rang office and was told he would be back down the coast by now. We'll get someone to call and re book. NO way. plenty of other companies with good customer service. Im sure they'll take my money. . No second chances to waste my time. I rang a local company I thought . Wont be recommending any time soon. Shame. putting a large extension onto house with bedroom and bathroom included soon . WAS thinking I would use your company for that as well. I have worked in customer service all my working life and would never treat a customer like this.
