Col & his team came highly recommended and I can see why. The quality of both the workmanship and the communication in leading up to the job was second to none. He turned up when he said he would. Kept me informed along the way and completed our driveway within the time frame he advised. Phenomenal. Highly recommend.

We used this company to repair our go kart track in Port Macquarie NSW. They were well informed of what our needs were and the section they replaced has started to come apart after 6 mths of it being laid. Have tried to communicate with them to rectify the problem. They will not come and look at the track. Also not very nice conversations on the phone.

We at North Coast Asphalts are saddened to read your review. Upon initial quoting stage you (Ben), were informed about the surface cracking in the pavement where you wanted the repair done. You also stated that there was no correct drainage in the track as well. We provided the quote to mill and fill the patch, which you accepted. We milled out the patch and found severe cracking in the pavement and moisture that we showed you. After you visually inspected the damaged area you decided to proceed. We laid the asphalt the next day. When the asphalt was laid and completed everyone was 100% happy. 5 months later there is longitudinal cracking reflecting through in the patched area. This cracking is a direct reflection of the issues we raised prior to commencing. The phone call myself and my wife received from you swearing down the phone is not tolerated within North Coast Asphalts. We are a professional asphalting business that takes pride in our workmanship and have an extremely loyal and strong customer base. Our reputation for quality work speaks for itself.

We really appreciated Col and his crew from North Coast Asphalts, and I am glad we chose them from the 4 quotes we obtained for our driveway. The cheapest quote (which came from another local company) just did not sit right and came across as "cutting corners" on the job. With a 220m long uphill driveway being a fairly expensive project, I wanted it done properly rather than cheaply. Col's price was fair and he was open and helpful in answering my many questions. While on the job Col and his crew paid attention to detail and we ended up with a driveway which we are very satisfied with. I would definitely recommend North Coast Asphalts.
